The room was new-fashioned and tidy, thoroughly enjoyed it and its splendid view. The stuff where so very friendly, everything was very good.

Would return there, thoroughly enjoyed our very peaceful stay here. Everything is reasonably clean and fine. The stuff are helpful and deserve a 3-star rating. The units are tastefully decorated, lovely modern in bangkok. The hotel offers lots of food that was savoury.

The hotel's location is great, with easy access to nearby shopping malls such as Terminal 21 and Emporium. It is also conveniently located close to the nearest metro station, making it easy to explore the city. Additionally, the hotel offers a free tuk-tuk service to the main road, which adds to the convenience factor for guests.

The power outlets in some of the rooms were reported to be faulty in a couple of reviews.

Very poor water pressure in shower. Changed room for better shower but still no good. They need to improve that & its a perfect place for value

The hotel had free breakfast included in the room rate with varieties to choose from. Free and fast internet available. The hotel staff were quiet friendly. Easy access to MBK, free tuk tuk to station, seven eleven nearby and the cafe's food is extremely cheap compared to restaurants.

The bathroom does not drain, it is old and needs to be refurbished. The cleaning staff are not efficient, they make up the rooms 3pm sometimes which is not good enough.

This hotel offers excellent value for money. The prices are affordable and reasonable, especially considering the location near Terminal 21, in a quiet alley, right in the center. The staff provides attentive service and is always ready to assist with any needs. The basic amenities in the rooms, along with free wifi, ensure a comfortable stay. Moreover, the hotel boasts excellent facilities and offers luxurious comfort with good cooling AC. The breakfast included in the rate is a definite bonus, served with a variety of options to start the day right.

The staff was exellent and very helpful

The staff was really lovely and helpful! Room was big and tidy. We had nice time indeed and the hotel was part of the good trip.

The airconditioner was really odd, sometimes it blew slowly and sometimes so hard that we had to turn it off. The gym was quite pathetic.

The room at Atlas Sukhumvit was nice and comfortable, with beautiful decor and comfortable beds. I also appreciated the central location and the convenience of the free parking lot. Despite a few minor inconveniences, such as issues with the shower and some outdated gym equipment, my overall stay was enjoyable. The hotel's value for money and proximity to shopping centres and restaurants were definite highlights. The pool and gym facilities were an added bonus, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay.

We had a large cosy suite in the newer part of Bally's with a balcony with street view, a nice bathroom and a large (not too hard) bed. In daytime the hotel offers tuktuk service to BTS or metro station. If you walk it's about 15 minutes. In the neighbourhood are enough restaurants, bars, shops and mini-markets. Breakfast buffet is okay, but not great. The swimmingpool is refreshing (also a little fitnessroom).

Cleaningstaff is hanging in the corridors of the hotel and at the reception they made several mistakes. Taxiservice is very expensive so arrange a taxi by yourself.

Its a decent place with good staff and location

Not really however I would say that paying th extra for a Superior isnt really worth it. The room is exactly he same quality as a studio and to be honest the fittings etc were not what I would have expected for a Superior room having previously stayed in a studio (as I would next time).

All was satisfactory and met expectations.

Great quiet location. Staff were friendly and courteous. Great value and within a short walk to MRT and skytrain. Down the very bottom of Soi 20, so well away from any noise. Great pool on the rooftop. Excellent value for the money. A great haven at the end of a busy day. We had room service one night and the food and service AND price were excellent. We had 3 nights at Ballys and loved it so much we have booked for an overnight on our way back home on 18 November. Highly recommended.

Good place that still offers good value for money. We did notice that our room could have done with a bit of a touch up as it was looking a bit tired in places. They have replaced the old TV's with flat screeens though and the staff are very good and nice. On the whole its difficult to beat the Bally on value when all is taken into account.

Nothing really is bad about this place. The breakfast could be better as its a bit limited but itrs still worth going to. Some rooms could do with a touch up but are still clean and comfortable.

The hotel staff were amazing, they all welcomed us with a smile. Our room was nice and had all the things we needed like a comfy couch and a balcony to chill on 🌞.
